Workshops
Classes are on a first come first served basis. If your booking goes through you are confirmed. We have setup inventory limits on each class, so no bookings will be taken once its full. No booking is confirmed until the deposit is paid. Your accepted deposit is confirmation of your booking. You will receive a receipt for your Workshops once they are paid in full.
Except in the case of cancelled workshop, all cancellations will be less a $100 cancellation fee up October 30th. No refunds are possible after Nov 1st 2011. All workshops must be paid in full by 15th February 2012
Queen of Arts reserve the right to cancel any class that does not reach minimum quota and replace with alternate class. Any students, in said cancelled class will be offered a place in a replacement class before it is opened to general sale. Should you not wish to take on the replacement class you will receive a full refund for the cancelled class
Location
All classes will be held at at the West Waters Hotel and Entertainment Complex, Caroline Springs, Melbourne
Instalment Schedule
If booking prior to June 1st 2011 You may pay for your class in instalments. A $50 deposit per class, secures your booking. We will then invoice you in three equal instalments in July, October and January.
Bookings after June 1st require a $100 deposit per class followed by the balance in two instalments. All bookings after December 1st require payment in Full at time of booking.
Payment can be made via EFT or Pay Pal
Accommodation
Accommodation is not included in class costs. 4.5 star rooms are available at Westwaters, (including other hotels nearby should you wish to stay elsewhere) To book your room, simply call the hotel and book, mentioning that you are part of the 'Art Queens' retreat to receive the discounted room rate.
You may cancel your hotel room without cancellation fee, providing they are given 48 hours notice
Meals
Morning tea and lunch is included in all class fees.
Breakfast is not included in your room cost, but is served in the light meals area downstairs each morning for an average cost of $10. Some rooms also have a kitchenette and you can make your own breakfast in your room of a morning, if you would like a kitchenette room, please remember to mention it at the time of your booking to the hotel. Shopping centre with department stores, supermarket, chemist are only 2 mins walk away for supplies.
Your evening meal is at your own expense. The bistro or several nearby take-away shops and cafe's will amply cater to your needs at your own budget
Kits
Some workshops have a kit fee, these will be collected in cash at the start of each class.
Code of Conduct
Students should respect each others space and property and behave with consideration to others at all times. Should it be necessary to remove anyone from the premises due to inappropriate behaviour, no refunds will be given
Fire, Famine, Flood and Acts of Good
In the case of unforeseen circumstances, including Acts of God, we reserve the right to cancel and reschedule at a later date.
